At our mill in Schertz, Texas, Maverick craftsmen hand select the highest grade lumber based upon quality. The rough lumber is milled, reselected, and inspected. Our artisans machine each component to precise specifications and then dowel and glue these parts to strengthen all joints.

After drying, the doors pass through four stages of sanding where each door is examined for quality workmanship. After passing inspection, the doors are then individually trimmed and glazed with precise attention to detail.

All pieces are carefully evaluated by the production team members who uphold discriminating standards of quality. They ensure that only excellence is presented to customers.
